If you have purchased apps before and set up a payment method:

  • Open the Happy Life Hacks app
  • View the payment options
  • The pre-set payment method will appear

If you have not yet set up a payment method in your Happy Life Hacks app:

  • Open the app
  • Click ‘Media & Purchases’ and then ‘View Account’. You may be asked to log in
  • Click ‘Manage Payment Methods’
  • Click ‘Add Payment Method’

If you click on the ‘restore purchase’ button that appears on this screen, the app will restore your previous purchase. Please note: always check your phone settings to make sure you have actually taken out a subscription.

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time, however your subscription will remain valid until the end of the subscription period. You can check this in the Settings of the Happy Life Hacks app. Under Subscriptions you can also cancel your subscription. If you do not cancel the premium subscription, it will be automatically extended (see also our terms and conditions).

No, we will only collect the payment once the trial period has ended. Because you are entering into a subscription agreement, we will require your payment details. However, you can still cancel the subscription free of charge before the end date of the trial period. Do this at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, you will not pay anything.

You always start with three trial days which are then automatically converted to a premium subscription. If you do not want this, cancel the subscription 24 hours before the end date of the trial period.

The counter as described in the app is set up in such a way that if you miss a part of the day, the counter is reset. This is a keep-the-chain-going mechanism. A chain is as follows:

  • Morning + evening (Counter 1 day)
  • Morning + evening (Counter 2 days)
  • Morning + evening (Counter 3 days)
  • Morning forgotten, evening (Counter reset to 1 day)

Open your phone’s Settings. Go to Notifications and choose the app. Check the notification settings and adjust them to your liking.

In the app, go to settings > account data, click the grey button reset notification counter. This will reset the red notification counter on the app icon.
